Newpoptab keeps popping up when I browse on Google Chrome.

So... I was downloading a game online and then I realized the website was fake and it downloaded all these programs onto my laptop. I deleted it through control panel and scanned with Adwcleaner but then realized tabs kept on popping up when I use google chrome called newpoptab which directed me to an ad.
Please help <3
