[Updated on 10th October] - Norton Mobile Security 1.5.1.1345 has been released for iOS customers.

This build addresses an issue introduced since iOS 13 release, where some customers had Web Protection feature disabled, without the ability to enable it back on

We have released Norton Mobile Security 1.5 for our iOS customers.

Note: This release is being done in a phased manner.

2. What are the changes in this build?

  • Customers using device in Japanese will now see consistent product/feature names based on branding guidelines. Norton Secure VPN rather than Norton WiFi Protection and Norton Password Manager rather than Norton ID Safe.
    Note: For now, this name change is only applicable in My Norton dashboard of Norton Mobile Security app for iOS
  • Under-the-hood enhancements, bug fixes and performance improvements
