For anyone who has worked with these recently or who may happen to know...Do alerts in the latest versions of either of these applications show the option to create exceptions/exclusions in a similar way to NVT ERP with command lines?

You don't get actual pop-up alerts, but everything is in the easily accessible log.
You can copy and paste from the log to the config file, to make your exceptions.
But the log has spaces that you need to delete.
For instance, the log will say
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE > C:\Windows\System32\SearchProtocolHost.exe

You must remove the spaces before and after the > character, or the rule will not work.

This example was taken from the log of Excubits MemProtect, but the same principle applies to other Excubits products.
