NVIDIA has announced the availability of its new 355.82 GeForce graphics version, which is the Game Ready driver that should provide the best gaming experience for titles such as Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain and Mad Max.
In addition to that, the present release also fixes an issue where Oculus screen stays blank when running directmode.exe -present_test, enables P2P on Intel Z170 platforms, and resolves the drastic tearing spotted on SLI configurations with 4K monitors.

When it comes to Windows 10 systems alone, these devices receive fixes for the wrong refresh rates listed in NVIDIA’s Control Panel (on GTX 980 SLI cards), as well as for the incorrect surround resolutions and their order (spotted with GTX 980 Ti GPUs).

As for supported OSes, the producer has provided several downloadable files compatible with Microsoft’s Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, and 10 platforms, for both desktop and notebook configurations. However, bear in mind that XP and Vista operating systems aren’t valid for notebooks.

Unfortunately, there are a few known issues that are to be fixed in future releases, such as stuttering, flickering, or performance drop with Batman: Arkham Knights played on certain SLI systems.

Last but not least, if you intend to apply this version on your computer, simply save and run the appropriate package for your system, make sure your GPU is supported by reading the release notes provided below, and follow all instructions displayed on-screen.
