While people may not have had the best experience upgrading from Windows 7 or 8.1 where there is a Nvidia card involved, the company has now rolled out a new set of WHQL drivers for Windows 10. The new drivers, which are now at version 355.60, have been released in both 32 and 64-bit flavors and clock in at 217 and 279mb respectively.

There are no major changes to be found in the release notes, which you can see below;

Just in time for the preview of Ashes of the Singularity, this new GeForce Game Ready driver ensures you'll have the best possible gaming experience. This driver also supports the Beta version of the GameWorks VR software development kit (SDK). As a result, users will be able to enjoy the benefits of GameWorks VR with supporting applications and headsets for the first time.

If you have yet to upgrade to Windows 10, it's worth pointing out that Microsoft does support most of the recent Nvidia cards, although many people have had trouble getting the driver to install after the upgrade. A series of reboots will eventually automatically detect the card and install the correct driver, or you can grab them below and do it manually.
