Hello!

New update of Opera developer is now live – 114.0.5272.0.

Here’s a quick look at the latest improvements in this week’s changelog:

  • Chromium Update: We’ve updated Chromium to version 128.0.6585.0. This brings all the latest security patches, performance improvements, and new features from Chromium, ensuring Opera remains fast, secure, and up-to-date.
  • Split Screen Tweaks: A minor but noticeable enhancement has been made to the Split Screen feature on Windows. Now, when switching workspaces with an active split-screen tab, the site animation will correctly appear, ensuring a more seamless transition.
  • Crash Fixes: Stability is paramount, and we’ve tackled several crashes that users reported. We’ve also addressed a crash loop issue that occurred on startup with a clean profile.
  • Synchronization Fixes: The synchronization indicator has been corrected to accurately reflect data sync status.

As always, your feedback drives our improvements, so keep sharing your thoughts with us!
