Some points to consider:

• Being a Chip.de promotion, I can not advice you what languages other than German are supported.
• The download [190 MB] contains both the x32 and x64 installers.
• Another unknown is the ability to upgrade product versions [7.5.2 is about to be released very soon] - Agnitum had quite a few giveaways some months ago where the customized builds could only update VD and Firewall Presets.
• I can not also comment whether the license key will be accepted by any existing OSS PRO 7.5/7.5.1 installation you may have.
• Based on other Agnitum promotions, the license period will most probably start immediately.

No, used to use the firewall a while ago and it was not bad. There are better alternatives.

I personally like the Firewall & HIPS in OSS Pro [and generally don't install and rely on their anti-malware engine - as McLovin mentioned, there are better alternatives for this].
