First of all, did u installed any applications recently? I suggest u to check in even viewer what s taking time. Right click on My Computer & click on manage & select event viewer. In event viewer select application & services logs, click on microsoft, lick on windows & select diagnostic performance & click operational. Now check every warning, critical & ereor log inide there & check ur boottime & notice which application takes time. 1000 ms means 1 second of delay. Download http://www.greatis.net/bootracer_free.zip & check/compare ur boot/startup time.

why?
when i defrag my registery ;my system boot and speed will increase.
That's a myth, cleaning/defragging registry won't help u even many peoples faced bootup problems after defragging registry. I also faced this situation 2 yrs ago, when i defrag my registry & after restart my user profile was corrupted. I never see any speedup in boot/stratup speed when i did registry cleanup in past.

that's the problem. keep searching & when u found something liek this "This application took longer than usual to start up, resulting in a performance degradation in the system startup process: " take a screenshot or just tell me the service/process name & it's total time ms. Also i suggest u to disable unnecessary stratup items like daemon tool pro agent, relatek HD audio, IDM, installshield update servce, java update, install shield update scheduler, adobe updater, catalyst control, microsoft 2010 component & crap like that.

Edit : if u installed some programs but u didn't used them regularly, u can autodelay their services to boostup startup speed.
