well whatever the cause i know privazer did it and messed it up as i only just reinstalled windows and i used privazer and then ##### started messing up
Alright, how do you know that Privazer did it? Which extensions messed up? what Windows errors did you have? Which software are you running other then Privazer? which antivirus? Do you use other cleaning tools then Privazer? Which real-time programs? Has windows been updated? Did you install other products and how did this go? You sure you are malware spyware free? What are your Windows logs telling you? What is ur event logbook saying? Its not that i am unwilling to believe you its just that i know exactly what Privazer does clean, which folders they check and i know exactly which cleaning routine they use, and as such Privazer does not even touch files that have anything to do with system stability. Another thing is that Privazer does not touch active processes and in order for Privazer to actually destroy Windows it must have touched system files. And the hard cold fact is that they do not do that. Keep in mind many of us who use Privazer even on advanced settings beta tested it and have used it for years. Privazer users know exactly what Privazer does and what does not.
It even has been proven by reviews around the net that during testing people tried to screw up Privazer and it just does not allow to do so as there is no such option.
The one and only thing i can come up with is your own action by using this option:
That option will remove anything or keep trying so if you used that on a system file or important config file etc etc etc.
Well yes then you can screw up Windows but that would not be Privazers fault but your own.
So in order for us to help you, you need to be detailed and much more forthcoming with your problems/claims and exact steps you have taken.
Just saying Privazer sucks because i know it messed up Windows... is not going to fly friend.
I am even debating to get the developer himself here on this topic, but i first wanna see what you got to say.

1- Detection of residual traces in free space
Visualization of residual traces of old files remaining in free space
2- Smart cleanup of free space
Cleanup of residual traces in free space areas needing a reset to zero
We assure no useless cleanups.
Areas already reset to zero are not cleaned which can speed up cleanup by 2x to 100x.
Cleanup runs faster after each run.
3- File table cleanup
Cleanup of residual traces in file tables, not only in MFT but in FAT as well
Additional cleanup of INDEX attributes in MFT
4- Smart overwriting
Recognition of type of storage medium of your storage device : magnetic disk, SSD, etc
Adaptation of overwriting algorithms to storage medium
5- Smart cleanup of Jumplists
Cleanup of your Jumplists without deleting your pinned items/ websites which are preserved

If not, PrivaZer overwrites Hiberfil.sys sectors with zeros.
9- Scan of thumbnails
Full scan of the drive to retrieve remaining thumbs.db files and show their content
Visualization of ThumbCache files content

So many traces ! That's not surprising.
When you use your PC (at home or working at your office), go on Internet,
watch a video, download, copy/remove files on your PC, install/uninstall or use software, etc
you always leave sensitive traces which :
-
makes your PC slower and cluttered
-
reduces free space available and
-
puts you at risk for a bad consequence :
what you have done could be easily recovered
by analyzing your PC
with an expert recovery software
or with more advanced techniques.
Then, we decided to develop
a new type of cleaning tool
to give you the peace of mind that once your data is gone,
it is gone for good.
See innovations included in PrivaZer below.
We believe that PrivaZer should be accessible to all
to preserve
freedom and security.
That's the reason why PrivaZer is
a free PC cleaner.
