If you only do casual browsing/gaming, it's very unlikely for you to get something like a undetectable RAT.

Exactly, the amateur image don't match with a sophisticated RAT.
If it has some amateur malware the AV will delete the file, if it was some kind of password stealer it will not set an image, if it was a sophisticated RAT you will have a black image demand bitcoin to unlock the files.
The image don't match with sophisticated malware.

I don't recommend losing too much time with it, maybe some mistake browsing the internet.

Strange... Is this system used by any children of yours? I doubt that it's malware related, but if you want to make sure, you could check in autoruns the VirusTotal results to see if there is something malicious in startup.
