Q&A Problems with Bitdefender trafficlight, anyone else?

The 18th of January if have contacted Bitdefender support about this and now the 8th of April it is solved, but no confirmation from support yet...
Apparently it has not been fixed yet according to BD support lol.

A reply on my reply that the issue seems to be fixed and i don't need an extra 6 months on my license that I don't have:

The TrafficLight glitch seems to be only partially solved for some Bitdefender customers. Our developers are still working on a solution for all cases.

As a symbolic compensation for this inconvenience, we are happy to provide you a redeem code valid for Bitdefender Total Security, 5 devices (Windows, Mac, Android, iOS/iPadOS). The subscription will be valid for 6 months from the moment it's activated it in a Bitdefender Central account.
