Did you send a message about it to Ransomoff support? If there is a specific bug with their product, usually they are the ones who can help you solve it. For instance, they can tell you how to make an exception, or what protection to disable.

There are other problems, too. When I uninstalled it and asked me to restart it stayed on a black screen. I had to restart with the PC button. Best regards.

Hi, thanks for the answer. The problem with Onedrive is that you cannot synchronize the files created by the program.

The best thing to do right now is to exempt OneDrive. That should fix your issues. We'll have to take a look to see why OneDrive is having the problem to begin with though. Thanks for the report and let us know if exempting OneDrive helps your situation.
