Good afternoon, one member in a tech support group recently opened an email attachment and got a ransomware, which encrypted his files.. This person would like to know if it is possible to recover his files. Although i know it is allora impossibile to remover files, i ask if someone has a solution. I looked for .nzelfki on the Internet but I couldn't find anything, to undertsand which kind of ransom that is. He already tried to recover files from volume shadow copies but that didn't work. I told him to try kaspersky ransomware decryptor. Thank you in advance to anyone who knows how to help. Edit: the ransom is a CTB Locker
