YUMI is the best you can find :D
I have one old Kingston Data Traveler 1GB USB bootable flash drive and it is my "Ultimate Repair Tool" :)
With YUMI I was able to create multiboot usb drive that is covering all my needs and containing :

- Hirens Boot CD 15.2 ( I have deleted unnecessary stuff from it like PartedMagic ~ 300mb)
It has mini Windows XP with most common ethernet/wireless drivers for letting you go to the internet updating for example Avira Antivirus Scanner (implemented in HirensBoot) and you can always run Comodo Cleaning Essentials, Hitman Pro, Malwarebytes, Superantispyware inside of minixp and check for viruses.
It has Macrium Reflect PE Edition so it can create and restore individual backups or whole system images (Works with Windows 8.1, I tried it) and of course a bunch of tools able to repair Windows startup and boot problems, data recovery, password reseter and such
- MiniTool Partition Wizard Bootable CD
- Kaspersky Rescue Disk (in any case)

and it covers almost anything that I need to repair
Of course I have added some portable apps in case I needed like CCleaner (newest) portable, WiseDisk Cleaner portable, portable VLC, CCE, Malwarebytes with latest offline updates in case of no internet connection

Rufus
Create bootable USB drives the easy way
rufus_en.png
Rufus is an utility that helps format and create bootable USB flash drives, such as USB keys/pendrives, memory sticks, etc.

It can be especially useful for cases where:

  • you need to create USB installation media from bootable ISOs (Windows, Linux, UEFI, etc.)
  • you need to work on a system that doesn't have an OS installed
  • you need to flash a BIOS or other firmware from DOS
  • you want to run a low-level utility
Despite its small size, Rufus provides everything you need!

Oh, and Rufus is fast. For instance it's about twice as fast as UNetbootin, Universal USB Installer or Windows 7 USB download tool, on the creation of a Windows 7 USB installation drive from an ISO. It is also marginally faster on the creation of Linux bootable USB from ISOs. (1)
A non exhaustive list of Rufus supported ISOs is also provided at the bottom of this page. (2)

Rufus is a small utility that helps format and create bootable USB flash drives, such as USB keys/pendrives, memory sticks, etc. Despite its small size, Rufus provides everything you need! Oh, and Rufus is fast. For instance it's about twice as fast as UNetbootin, Universal USB Installer or Windows 7 USB download tool, on the creation of a Windows 7 USB installation drive from an ISO (with honorable mention to WiNToBootic for managing to keep up). It is also marginally faster on the creation of Linux bootable USBs from ISOs. A non-exhaustive list of Rufus supported ISOs is available here.

It can be especially useful for cases where:

  • you need to create USB installation media from bootable ISOs (Windows, Linux, UEFI, etc.)

  • you need to flash a BIOS or other firmware from DOS
  • you want to run a low-level utility
What's new in this version:

  • Detect ISOHybrid images and prompt users on how they should be written
  • Add MD5/SHA1 checksum verification ('#' button on the status bar)
  • Add Zip decompression support for DD Images
  • Add a cheat mode to save the current USB to VHD (Alt-V)
  • Add a cheat mode for ISO timestamp preservation (Alt-T)
  • Add a cheat mode for USB enumeration debugging (Alt-.)
  • Disable MS-DOS creation for Windows 10 or later (FreeDOS is still available)
  • Fix Windows To Go creation issues, and enable access to internal disks
  • Fix UEFI support for Fedora ISOs
  • Fix some USB enumeration issues
  • Other improvements and fixes, including translation updates
