I panicked a decent amount at first, as it is meant to instill fear into it's unlucky victims, but soon realized it was a virus.
I haven't heard of this exact phone virus before, so I became quite worried.
I haven't been able to find any help that I can afford; I feared anything that costs money.

There are exactly 5 pages that I can navigate between using the touch screen.
1st: (House Icon) Tells me what I did wrong and talks about "Law stuff". Asks for $500.00 Within three calendar days. Tells me to go to the 3rd tab.
2nd: (Government Pillared Building Icon) 17 U.S. code: 117 Very long page with many words. I din't bother to read a lot of them.
3rd (Multiple Dollars Stacked on top of each other Icon) The Credit card page! The one that has lots of enticing images regarding different money services, such as: Walmart * Money Card, and OneVanilla..... Actually It says that those are the only cards I can buy... Wow.
4th: (Clipboard Icon) Crazy page! Includes Pornographic images (Which are very common ones that you can find at almost any Pornographic website), My contact Info, an very little else.
5th: (Circle With An I Inside Icon) Talks about there "Mission" and also includes the Prism symbol. (And explains it)

Update!
I had purposely not charged my phone in the hopes of it running out of power. It took two days to work. When I turned it on, it allowed me to log in as if there wasn't even a virus! I tried sending a message to someone, but the virus eventually returned and reverted the phone to it's previous state. I will try to do something about the virus now. I wanted to reset the phone to it's "factory settings", but now I have hope that I can get rid of the virus without doing so! I am open to any questions people may have...

I can't find the source of the persistent virus. The app was deleted already... It must be embedded in my phone. I might have to rest my phone... I will try to enable USB storage so I can possibly take things out of my phone, even when in virus mode...

Tried to scan your phone for malware by connecting to your computer?
Connecting it to my computer now. Hope my plan works...

(It sort of worked)
I managed to extract about 65 dowloaded things, including music and a few vids. The virus probably got mixed up in there... maybe. I also took out some pics and tried to take my valuable footage. It took a long time... Virus still present...
