Typical phishing email , not really sure how people can fall for this 'Hello Member' 'We need your Credit Card, Username , Password...' scams. Very interesting and good to do test : https://www.paypal.com/fightphishing ......
I have no doubt that this would go straight to my Spam Inbox.

Literally anyone must be vigilant and aware if they don't have any transaction from unknown source as they can be victimized as scam.

100 percent agree with that jamescv7
Too many people are unaware of these scam's and get caught out.

These scam's seem to always come from a new angle,
I know know of one elderly man who lives near me who fell for such a scam
Cost him no end of trouble,
