Which platform do you use for sharing a document, with a shareable link for others to view/edit?
So far I have found the following to be true. Both allow:
Word Online (via OneDrive) – Pros/Cons
Docs (via Google Drive) – Pros/Cons

So far I have found the following to be true. Both allow:
- Viewable without an account
- Options to allow editing
- Links can be revoked
- Viewers can print/save copy
Word Online (via OneDrive) – Pros/Cons
- Pros:
- Hides the owners name
- Built-in Editor for spelling/grammar feels smarter for en-gb.
- Cons:
- 365 subscription required for additional share features (expiration and password)
- Cannot add a table for contents without Word (desktop app)
Docs (via Google Drive) – Pros/Cons
- Pros:
- Viewable without an account
- Can add a table for contents
- Cons:
- Shows anonymous viewer counter
- Spelling/Grammar check not as thorough/fast to detect
