Since VT is know for reference purpose, it will not decrease the possible performance like WAR. Still the tool will be place for training eye users. ;)

No. VT abandoned WAR, among others.

WAR has no scanner; it's purely AI and whitelisting, to put it simply.

The developer, Bret Lowrey, is quoted as saying one can't even buy the integration from VT and Google just cut them off without notice. So, it was removed from the latest version though that didn't make it into the published change log for v2016.6.455.
