I've seen many free similar tools as extensions and add-ons for Chrome and Firefox...
because I've never been interested in them, so I don't remember names, sorry.

You don't have to use a tool strictly designed to block distractions. Simply adding rules to your ad blocking extension can do the trick.

PS. As for apps, a good free anti-executable with blacklist options could do the job.
