not really an anti-ransomware, but Comodo Firewall does a good job with the automatic containment. See the Cruelsister1's videos on youtube. And have a look to the malware hub results.
appcheck antiransomware and kaspersky antiransomware tool are the 2 ARs I recommend because of their effectiveness and stability
ransomoff is the strongest free AR but it may cause some problems if you don't mind
Although it does protect the Documents well (and is interesting as the backup process only initiates when malware tries to screw with the doc's) and all encrypted stuff can be restored, note that this application is ONLY for the Document folder so will have less utility and is certainly less mature than the Backup/Restore solutions promoted by AppCheck and RanStop.
