You enable Microsoft products in settings. I never had Flash listed so i guess this will fix your problem
And also enable this setting isn't recommend

I forgot about that setting. However, I just checked and have that optioned disabled.

This is already possible : just use File>Scan Folder (or Settings>Additional Folders)
