Waiting for a Windows invite just to check it out. Sounds a bit like Vivaldi, with a bunch of features that I don't need, but what the hell...
Be aware that it is mandatory to create an account to 'Login to the Arc browser' for access.

They also updated Arc for Windows beta.

Isn't that just for the closed beta or whatever. Otherwise you can't use it.
True, for now testing the Arc for Windows beta version is only for "selected" users,
Everyone could try to sign up on their homepage, they claim to inform registered users later when Arc browser for Windows is available for more users:

Interested people can follow the weekly updates that shows what new features are added. Of course, the development is still ongoing...

I'm still waiting for the Windows 10 version, though there are some unofficial workarounds to make it work.

I've had access to this for a few days. There seems to be some interesting features from all I've heard about it, but Tree-Style Tabs never appealed to me in the slightest. Again, I never have 100s of tabs open at once. I'm not too big on keyboard shortcuts, either. I find myself wasting more time trying to understand the UI than browsing, so there's a lot of wasted time here.

It's just a radical difference in how I expect browsers to be. I'll keep using it to see the improvements and hopefully adjust to the differences.

I got it recently (Windows beta) and had to get used to the UI, which I found strange because I thought the new design was supposed to help users avoid that.
