Handheld Group, a leading manufacturer of rugged mobile computers, just unveiled an ultra-rugged smartphone, the Nautiz X6.

Designed for industrial and field applications, the Nautiz X6 can be used in the most challenging outdoor and industrial environments. It is MIL-STD-810G tested for drops, vibrations, humidity, extreme temperatures and varying altitudes. It also boasts IP67 rating for water and dust resistance. The Nautiz X6 can probably last a few days on a single charge thanks to its massive 8,000mAh battery.

Other specs include an 8-core chipset, Android 8.0 Oreo with Handheld's proprietary MaxGo software suite for custom app access for more efficient and safe use of the device, the u-blox NEO-M8N receiver for precise navigation using GPS, GLONASS, Galileo or BeiDou, 4G LTE mobile connectivity, a 13MP rear camera, a 5MP front-facing camera, and a 6-inch display with Gorilla Glass protection.

If you are interested in the Nautiz X6, orders can be placed immediately with shipment in February.
