Is it ok to get rid of this screen or would it be a security risk? I run into this problem with the program Alt.Binz it is a newsgroup nzb client made by RDL.

google it, and if you are still not sure, better not run it and use a more reputed alternative.

If you get this file from altbinz.net then it's safe. Check it on VirusTotal, try run it in sandbox.

There are some legitimate pŗograms cannot display their publisher name due to nuerous reasons so the important as always is to conduct background check manually.
