The big story in the UK today is the release of a long-awaited report into Russian interference in UK politics. The good news for the UK Government is that the Intelligence and Security Committee (ISC) says it has not seen any evidence that the Kremlin sought to influence the outcome of the controversial and highly-divisive Brexit vote.

The bad news is that the ISC blames this on a failure by anyone in the UK Government to conduct any formal investigation into the claims.
