Please share more details about your device, model and apps in question.

Pre-installed apps by your manufacturer cannot be uninstalled without rooting your device. (Rooting your device will void your warranty).

Some apps gain Device Admin privileges and have to removed from this list before getting uninstalled.

rooting does not void your warranty on most models these days (so long as you keep default kernel & OS)

however, using a custom kernel or custom OS build significantly increases a void in warranty.

even this though, is not a certainty to being void if the fault is found to be a hardware malfunction not caused by software.

If you root your device, you can easily un-install any pre-installed app with many apps available. (I recommend SD Maid Pro)
