You could try, Iobit Uninstaller. It gives you the possibility to delete apps that come by default with windows. It will delete everything about the program you want to uninstall.Registry keys, icons etc. I've never tried to uninstall Onedrive with it, but you can try.:)

I have OneDrive disabled under O&O ShutUp10 and hidden from File Explorer. I thoroughly do not like OneDrive since it's forced introduction in Windows 8.1.
