vbs-malware gen found by avast in start up scan

iv'e deleted everything these programs have found but i don't know if i am safe.

forgot to include deleted avast and am using malwarebytes as my active virus protection

Is your PC still running slow? Can you see in quarantine what was the location of detection?

My PC is still running slow yes, I have deleted everything from quarantine but i've included logs of all my detections
