Troubleshoot Video voice lags issue in Windows 10. Can you help?

I am using windows 10 PC. since last week any videos like latestone videos from yourube or any HDD videos and online videos while watching some time the voice lags i.e voice coming after the scene completes can imagine how worse it is what's the problem how to rectify it.
