No. You would need to add software that offers those types of protection.

It will not cause any issues, whitelist VS in Eset, just whitelist the whole VS folder and your all set, VS wont mess with Eset

The beauty of VS is it's designed to play nicely with nearly all other security software. That way you can add the layers of security that you specifically need.
