It will not cause any issues, whitelist VS in Eset, just whitelist the whole VS folder and your all set, VS wont mess with Eset
That's great advice from @_CyberGhosT_ :)

The beauty of VS is it's designed to play nicely with nearly all other security software. That way you can add the layers of security that you specifically need.
