Warning about PURE VPN - Hacked and Spreading Malware

Atm they got Probably hacked and spread ( on their blog ) a infected doc.

Proof that Purevpn got serious malware file problems atm.
PureVPN got hacked, website spreading Windows malware - Other VPN competitors or features - AirVPN
PureVPN got hacked // malicious trojan is being spread via their infrastrucutre • /r/VPN

They spread a infected .doc and deny the existence of that and that they got hacked.

So there are 3 things that could have been happend.
Infected worker of pure vpn dropped it.
hacked and dropped it.
pure vpn itself dropped it ( dont think so )

if you google you find more even that Support claims they dont spread that file. it isnt on their server. they arent hacked. and neither does the file exist.

just a headsup.

Weird tho, because the source of the malware is blog dot purvpn.com whereas their blog site is actually purevpn.com/blog. You can have a look at the video as stated in @Slerion 's post

Edit: malicious file seems to have been taken down after going viral on many other sites, there is another site which seems to host the trojan itself which is still up but not related to purevpn at all
