Microsoft is now getting Windows 10’s November 2019 Update, codenamed 19H2, ready for release. Also known as Windows 10 version 1909, this will be the smallest, quickest Windows 10 Update yet. It’s practically just a service pack.
We’ve updated this article with the latest features up to Windows Insider build 18363.418, which Microsoft said was likely the final build on October 10, 2019.

Each i5-8400 and i5-750 pc has been updated smoothly. The struggle at 1903 seems to be a lie. It works smoothly enough to be anxious.
The only problem was that the malicious software removal tool would not advance from the pending display. Actually it seems to be completed.(y)

Just updated to 1909. Everything went smoothly. Had to install the 1903 cumulative update before the option to install 1909 showed up.
I did hear reports about problems with the malicious software removal tool update. For me it was stuck on "Installing 0%" for around 10 minutes but then completed without a problem.
