What are the good RSS feed readers client for Deskto?

I was searching on Google for few days for good RSS feed readers client. i got some but not fully convinced . I would like to know what are the best RSS feed readers client for desktop. as we know google reader has gone. which was supposed to best among others.
Please suggest me some name. or You can also suggest me web based RSS readers.
