The certificate is fresh, so your browser probably did not catch up yet or your AV might have replaced it with its own. Check its info in your browser.

thanks for taking the time to post cert. tonight the .info url opened and my cert appears to match yours. nothing that I intentionally did
limited info with a "quote" button, so I'm guessing their real solution is more than a chrome extension??

It's just another "fear-driven by user ignorance" extension which you don't need. Avoid it.
