Ir works very well and upcoming v4.75 will include some signficant changes.

It's safe to use, can improve performance and sometimes fix issues with Windows. Unlike CCleaner and Wise Care 365, etc, its registry cleaner won't delete needed registry keys. Having said that, if your computer runs well as it is, you really don't need to use this or any other cleaning/optimisation software.

I use it and I'm very happy about it. It deletes many unnecessary files. It scares me sometimes. I tell myself that it will remove files essential to windows but so far everything is fine. Windows 10 works very well.

If won't delete any needed files. It only deletes temporary and cache files, so it is safe to use and you needn't worry.
