Microsoft has released the KB4522355 cumulative update for Windows 10 1903 (May 2019 Update) that introduces a variety of quality improvements and bug fixes.
In this cumulative update, Microsoft states that they have finally fixed an issue that was causing the Start Menu, Cortana search bar, and tray icons to stop responding or display a critical error. We will have to see if this in fact true after users who are affected install the update.
Other notable issues that were fixed in this build are fixes for Windows 10 hanging at the sign-in screen or for a black screen to be shown after installing an update.
This update does not contains any security fixes.

Seems that auto pilot is something when you want to install/update and connect devices on Windows 10.
