Windows 10 Will No Longer Let You Disable Cortana Starting August 2

Can you not just move the cortana folder in windows systemapps with iobit unlocker to say your documents folder..

How I have understood, once you have made the transition to Windows 10 Anniversary Update you can avoid connecting your account with Cortana, and then, it will identify a user profile that is generic and does not link the information collected to our account.
