On this days i had installed the new windows 8.1 Pro and i noted who create a folder with apps the last OS, the windows 8 pro, but he didn´t complete migration that apps.
This folder names "Windows Old".
And my question is:
It´s recommend to delete this folder with unlocker tool because on control painel doesn´t appear that apps.
I think that folder only occupy space.
Can i remove this folder? and install again my favorite app?
Thank you.

Windows.Old can be removed using Windows Disk Cleanup (select 'Previous Windows installations')
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows7/how-do-i-remove-the-windows-old-folder (Same applies to Windows 8.x). Removing the Windows.old folder cannot be undone.

Retrieving files from Windows.Old

By the way, how are you feeling about this Windows 8.1?
You have solved any problems?
According to your signature, I think don´t liked very much of the 8.1?

I haven't stumbled across any major issues that have prevented me from using the OS, only minor annoyances. 90% of the time, I'm on the desktop screen.

We're still all dependent on the desktop from windows 95 through 7.
We have to release and close the desktop and work on the ground 8 or 8.1
We must spend time in visualizing some guides and tutorials and loosen desktop.

I really like 8.1 for a variety of reasons, but did have 2 things that just had to be changed, both easily resolved:

1). The way I work it is more efficient to have the traditional desktop; easily solved with StartisBack+ by Tihiy.

2). I absolutely HATED the new way of getting into Safe Mode. Also easily rectified by Command Prompt input of

bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy legacy
