Windows 8 lacks the option to choose what colour to appear in Title Bars. This fix will install a theme which changes the Title Bar colour to white.

After:

For Windows 8 only

To install:
- Patch using UltraUXthemePatcher [link]
- Reboot
- Extract the Default theme folder into C:\windows\Resources\themes
- Right click on desktop and choose personalize
- Pick the first theme and change the color and wallpaper as you like.

Quite annoying how MS decided not to include the ability to change this easily.

Just what I was looking for, except Windows 8 likes to revert the patches. :(
