Yes. First of all, you must choose what do you want to use the VPN for: security or anonymity. For security I mean using that on your smartphone or computer to log in your personal accounts under public Wi-Fi (to prevent anyone spoofing your activity). In this case the VPN provider will know your identity, because you will login in personal accounts.
For anonymity I mean torrent activity, surfing on the tor network etc. There are many theories about combining tor and VPNs: lately the trend is not to use VPNs to do that, and generally it's not a great idea because it gives you a permanent entry node and and you must trust the VPN provider (Tor is trustless, a VPN is trusted).

In any case, I recommend you to do the trick using a temporary email account.
First, create your 10minutemail (you can also extend the time) 10 Minute Mail - Free Anonymous Temporary EMail
Create your Windscribe account and verify the email.
Then go here, as suggested by @Scorpion Illuminati , Windscribe VPN - 50 GB zdarma . Insert the 10minutemail in the email field, and random details in the other two fields. Put the tick and click the red button. You will receive a voucher code in your 10minutemail (each time you repeat this procedure a new code will be generated). Insert the voucher code into your Windscribe account et voilà: you have 50GB.
You may also use your personal email for Windscribe because they will know who you are.

Important: DO NOT delete the 10minutemail from the windscribe account, otherwise you will be reverted to 2 GB, and if you put an other email and verify it, they'll give you 10 GB instead of 50.

If you want to use the VPN with anonymity purpose, then create the Windscribe account and all the rest using Tor (but just don't use your home IP address), however, for me it's not a great idea to use Windscribe with Tor.
In any case, if you plan to use Windscribe for torrenting, you will most likely torrent from your home network, so it's not really needed to create the account with Tor (never used torrent clients in my life, however a lot of people need a VPN for that).

Last use case for VPNs (and probably the most useful): bypassing network restrictions. If you want to use a service on a network which is blocked by the network admin, or in your country (such as games, social media, messenger apps), you can just connect Windscribe and use that again.
Some of you may not find this ethical, but just know that it works. However, read carefully the terms of service of the network looking if VPN use is forbidden. If not, try to think and make sure that the IT guys just set those blocking policies and don't constantly monitor what each user does (it should be written on the policy), otherwise one day someone may come and start asking you why are you using a VPN
