Is it possible to disable Youtube's up next autoplay using filters on ublock origin? If so, then can someone share? Thanks.

Why do you need uBlock Origin for that when you can disable that through YouTube, itself?
I have set the browser to delete all history and data on exit so youtube's settings doesn't save. There are extensions to do this job but none works well. And I also don't want to pile up extensions. I know this is a very small issue but I was wondering if it was possible.

I know you don't really want to use an extension but Enhancer for Youtube has a setting to stop autoplay. Have you tried that one? .
I have it and I like that extension. But the stop autoplay doesn't work most of the time.

Try this: Stop Autoplay Next for YouTube™

I can confirm it works fine on Firefox, Chrome and Opera because i just tested..
This one works well. Although I was looking if there was a method with adblock. But thanks, I will keep it :)
Edit: It also doesn't work all the time. I'll update the situation a week later. Lets see if its better than other options despite that.

I didn't wait a week. Stop Autoplay next extension doesn't help. Autoplay is disabled half the time and half other time its turned back on. Without extension, you once turn it off, it will stay off until you clear all data.

Found my solution from reddit. Finally, something that actually worked:

Code:
/watch_autoplayrenderer.js$script,domain=www.youtube.com
/annotations_module.js$script,domain=www.youtube.com

this one below, is not required unless you block all cookies
/endscreen.js$script,domain=www.youtube.com
