Advice Request ZoneAlarm Firewall free these days? Is it worth trying it?

i have tried ZA many times even used it a couple of years back but it felt heavy and it lacked a lot of what others offer ( Norton KIS and Bitdefender) . I still like it but ot really convinced me to go back. I have seen a couple of tests done by individuals that showed ZA being weak in some areas .
