Both point at a Bitcoin wallet. Public copies of those notes redact the wallet. This page will not invent one.
If you are staring at a folder of ordinary names that will not open, plus those two notes, you are in a ransom incident, not a broken disk and not a Windows pop-up. You are also not looking at a real Elite Enterprise company help desk. The folder is the evidence. The notes are a checkout with no inbox. Stay with the folder, not with the script.

There is no onion site. There is no second inbox. The only remaining step, in their script, is to send 227 BTC to a wallet that public copies refuse to reprint.
The text sample repeats the same shop in a longer voice. It claims a 5-day silent propagation phase is already complete. It repeats the 6% destruction line. It claims backup systems were annihilated, MSP management tools were disabled, cloud resources were deleted, and network infrastructure was bricked. It lists AES-256 plus RSA-4096 hybrid encryption, intermittent file corruption, MBR/VBR boot sector infection, and Volume Shadow Copy deletion. It prints Amount: 227 BTC. It prints Wallet: and then a string that public copies redact. It prints DEADLINE: 7 DAYS. It repeats NO CONTACT POSSIBLE, NO NEGOTIATION, AUTO-DECRYPT ON FULL PAYMENT, and 100% destruction if unpaid, covering all devices, all files, and all backups. This page will not invent a wallet, a Session handle, an email, an onion URL, or a $ figure to sit next to that 227 BTC line.
That is the whole pitch. A locked folder of names that never changed. Two notes, elite_ransom.html and !!!ELITE_ENTERPRISE_RANSOMWARE!!!.txt. A 168-hour clock that is also a 7-day fuse. Naming a cipher is not the same as handing you a proof. Naming a boot sector is not the same as proving the machine will not boot. It is also not a reason to start sending 227 BTC.
What the note is actually selling is helplessness. If the lock is impossible without their key, then their wallet is the only aisle. 1. The lock keeps the old name so you miss the first hour
This locker encrypts the files it wants as leverage, then leaves the original names in place. That is why 1.jpg is still readable as 1.jpg. The operators want you to inventory the damage only after the first open fails. They want the vacation photo, the invoice, the tax sheet, and the family video to look untouched. That list is meant to make restore sound childish. If backups are annihilated, you should not even look for an offline disk. If cloud is deleted, you should not even check another account from a clean device. If the network is bricked, you should not even isolate a single PC. Let counsel decide if contact is ever required for a specific legal reason. That decision is not yours to make from the Documents folder at midnight.
9. Auto-decrypt is a promise nobody can enforce
AUTO-DECRYPT ON PAYMENT, and AUTO-DECRYPT ON FULL PAYMENT, are slogans that replace a ticket. Full is doing extra work. It tells you a partial send will not count. It tells you not to test. It tells you the 227 BTC is all-or-nothing. That is checkout language. It is not a technical design document.
There is no public free decryptor known for this strain. There is no printed test file. There is no way to watch a vending machine you do not control. Paying does not create a contract. Waiting after you pay does not create a contract. The people who wrote the notes can take 227 BTC and disappear. They can send a string that only makes a decryptor show an error. They can come back later and lock the same machine again, still leaving the names looking normal.
Do not sit on the clock hoping the slogan is real. Use the hours for isolation, copies that were never mounted, password changes from a clean device, and a report. A ticking 168:00:00 in a browser tab is not work. It is the shop staying open in the foreground.
10. Cipher names and boot-sector claims close the argument
After the disaster list, the text note rests on AES-256 plus RSA-4096 as if a famous pair of ciphers were a receipt. Intermittent file corruption is meant to scare you away from repair tools. MBR/VBR boot sector infection is meant to scare you away from rebooting into a normal recovery idea. Volume Shadow Copy deletion is meant to scare you away from System Restore. Each claim is a closed door in a paragraph.
You do not need to argue cryptography with a text file. You need to stop treating the file as a technician. Leave 1.jpg named as it is. Leave elite_ransom.html where it is. Leave !!!ELITE_ENTERPRISE_RANSOMWARE!!!.txt where it is. The algorithms printed in that note are part of the pitch. They are not a recovery procedure. If a machine will not boot, that is a separate fact you handle with a clean disk and a responder, not with 227 BTC.
The 6% line belongs in the same bucket. 6% of devices immediately destroyed is a precise scare. Precision is not proof. Do not inventory your estate by trusting a percentage a ransom note invented. Count machines yourself, from a clean seat, after isolation.
11. Third parties will sell an Elite Enterprise conversation
After a ransomware incident, search results fill up with companies that say they can decrypt Elite Enterprise or “all unchanged files plus elite_ransom.html.” Some of those shops are ordinary overpriced consultants. Plenty are a second scam. They will quote !!!ELITE_ENTERPRISE_RANSOMWARE!!!.txt so they sound close to the case. They will mention 168 hours. They will mention 227 BTC. They will mention AES-256 and RSA-4096. They will mention a real Elite Enterprise company as if they already called the original crew. They will ask for a sample file, a remote-access session, or a deposit.
A demo that unlocks one file is not proof they can unlock the vacation photo. Anyone can open one junk file they control. Anyone can send you a wallet string that makes an exchange window appear. An exchange window is not Photos opening vacation.jpg again. If a later message invents an email, a Session ID, or an onion site the original notes never printed, that is still the same market, or a copycat standing in the same doorway. Do not answer. Do not help them set a wallet the public copy left redacted on purpose.
A real public decryptor, when one exists, shows up on an official project page that already existed before your incident. It does not need a 227 BTC send. It does not need a fake Elite Enterprise help desk. If the pitch is we can decrypt, pay us first, you are still in the market the ransomware created. There is no public free decryptor known for this strain. Until a trusted project publishes one, treat any site that says they already have the Elite Enterprise key as a second sales pitch.
12. Payment closes nothing
Paying a stranger for a private key is not a guarantee. The people who send the notes can take the 227 BTC and disappear. They can send a string that only makes a decryptor show an error. They can come back later and lock the same machine again. A missing inbox makes that outcome easier, not harder. You cannot leave a review on a redacted wallet. You cannot call a real Elite Enterprise company and ask them to honor a ransom note they did not write.
Sending 227 BTC is the paid version of the same dead end. There is no public free decryptor known for this strain. Starting a transfer does not rebuild a JPEG. It only keeps you in their story while the rest of the disk still needs a real plan. Paying a $ amount someone later invents, on top of the 227 BTC, is still a payment to the people who locked family.mp4, or to a copycat standing in the same doorway. It still funds the next copy of the same locker. It still does not produce a warranty.
If this is a company machine, tell counsel and your incident lead. If this is a home PC, tell the people whose files lived on it. Change passwords from a clean device. Watch bank and email alerts. Opening elite_ransom.html again is not useful work. It is the checkout, even when the wallet in the public copy is redacted and the notes say no contact is possible.
What To Do
Do not send 227 BTC. Do not invent a Bitcoin address to finish elite_ransom.html or !!!ELITE_ENTERPRISE_RANSOMWARE!!!.txt. Do not invent a Session ID, an email, or an onion site. Do not type a wallet from the page into an exchange, a wallet checker, or a form a stranger sends back. Do not send proof of payment. Do not send a test file. Do not call a real Elite Enterprise company and demand a decryptor. If you already opened the notes before you found this page, stop there. Do not pay a deposit to hold the original 227 BTC for anyone who quotes the flyers.
STEP 1: Use Rkill to terminate suspicious programs.
In this first step, we will download and run Rkill to terminate suspicious programs that may be running on your computer.

When RKill runs it will kill malware processes and then removes incorrect executable associations and fixes policies that stop us from using certain tools.

Run RKill.
After downloading, double-click the iExplore.exe icon to kill malicious processes. In most cases, downloaded files are saved to the Downloads folder. The program may take some time to search for and end various malware programs.

Once you have found a copy of the original file or folder, right-click on it and the select “Export”. A window will prompt you where you want to save the file or folder.
Keep every locked file named exactly as it is. 1.jpg should stay 1.jpg. vacation.jpg should stay vacation.jpg. invoice-2026.pdf should stay invoice-2026.pdf. taxes.xlsx should stay taxes.xlsx. family.mp4 should stay family.mp4. There is no extra ending to strip. The original names are already what you see. That is why this strain is easy to miss. Look for elite_ransom.html and !!!ELITE_ENTERPRISE_RANSOMWARE!!!.txt, not for a new extension. If the names look unchanged and those two notes are in the folder, you are still in this incident.
Keep elite_ransom.html and !!!ELITE_ENTERPRISE_RANSOMWARE!!!.txt with the locked files. Do not clean up every copy of the notes. Do not fill in a wallet so the flyer looks complete. Do not fill in a Victim ID so the flyer looks complete. The redaction, or the string on your disk, is part of how you prove this was this strain and not a different locker that only sounds similar. Keep the marks as identifiers: the 168-hour clock, the 7-day deadline, the 227 BTC ask, the 6% line, the NO CONTACT line, and the AUTO-DECRYPT slogan. Those artifacts are evidence. They are not instructions you should carry out.
Do not send 227 BTC. Do not invent an inbox. Do not ask a friend to pay “just to see” if auto-decrypt is real. A printed 227 BTC is still a ransom. A calm HTML page is still the people who locked the files. If a later message quotes !!!ELITE_ENTERPRISE_RANSOMWARE!!!.txt and offers the real wallet, that is still the same shop. If a later message skips the original notes and asks for 227 BTC over a different address, that is still the same shop, or a copycat standing in the same doorway.
This is not a real Elite Enterprise company. Elite Enterprise is a common business phrase. This locker printed it on two notes. A search result for a staffing firm, a contractor, or a software vendor with that name is not your incident. Do not review-bomb a real firm. Do not mail their billing address 227 BTC. Do not treat their logo as a match for elite_ransom.html. The match is the folder: unchanged names, two notes, a 7-day clock, a 227 BTC demand, and no inbox.
If someone claims they can already decrypt this strain for a fee because they can recite 168 hours and 227 BTC, they are selling a report, not a key. If they mention elite_ransom.html as proof they already called the crew, they read the same note you did. If they invent a Session ID, an email, or an onion site, they are finishing a flyer the operators left empty. Do not answer. Do not complete their checkout. Do not help them fix the flyer.
If Windows still offers to pick an app for 1.jpg or invoice-2026.pdf, decline it when the file will not open. An unchanged type is not a healthy file. There is no player for locked bytes that still wear yesterday’s name.
Do not pay. Do not send 227 BTC. Do not invent a wallet. Keep the two notes. This locker is not a real Elite Enterprise company.

Treat it that way before anyone offers to fill the redacted line, and before anyone hands you a real company’s phone number as if the locker were a vendor.

Here are 10 practical safety rules to help you avoid malware, online shopping scams, crypto scams, and other online fraud. Each tip includes a quick “if you already got hit” action.
Stop and verify before you click, log in, download, or pay.
Most scams win by creating urgency. Verify using a trusted method: type the website address yourself, use the official app, or call a known number (not the one in the message).
If you already clicked: close the page, do not enter passwords, and run a malware scan.
Keep your operating system, browser, and apps updated.
Updates patch security holes used by malware and malicious ads. Turn on automatic updates where possible.
If you saw a scary “update now” pop-up: close it and update only through your device settings or the official app store.
Use layered protection: antivirus plus an ad blocker.
Antivirus helps block malware. An ad blocker reduces scam redirects, phishing pages, and malvertising.
If your browser is acting weird: remove unknown extensions, reset the browser, then run a full scan.
Install apps, software, and extensions only from official sources.
Avoid cracked software, “keygens,” and random downloads. During installs, choose Custom/Advanced and decline bundled offers you do not recognize.
