Personally if I want no phishing just install guardio and then boom you get a noti whenever your on a phising website (all the ones on phish tank)

Yes, but you can also reduce third-party exposure on top level domain or block TLD's most used for maliceous purpose. @Jan Willy has posted about it with examples to brew your own.

Modern browsers offer great protection against malware and phishing, so there's no need for a third-party extension. Your security software may include one that you can use. I have disabled malware/phishing in the AdGuard extension and don't use the web protection of my security software because it's ineffective.
