Correct as with everything else in life; nothing is 100% certain. Hell even vasectomy's is 99% effective; there is that 1% chance of still impregnating a partner. Case in point, I had a vasectomy's and all it did is change the ethnicity of my kids. -

Norton-Avast (Gen Digital) is no longer Symantec, the enterprise division (Symantec) is now part of Broadcom, thats why Norton is actually using Avast technology in the new 24 version, they dont want to rely too much on the "old" Symantec engine.

i did a test again and CIS blocked everything with Cloud

From my tests here that I am doing, the CIS database is not being fed with malware. There are threats that are more than 7 days old that the CIS is not detecting.
