First of all i am happy to see that 360 Essential is updated to version 8.2 like 360 Total Security.
I thought for a while that the company will discontinue the Essential version.
About the test seemed that zero day protection needs improvement.
My suggestion to the company is instead of paying for 2 antivirus engines which are updated once or twice
during the day, they can gather the money and stick with one engine but with full specs.
I mean that can buy the full version of BD so they can use AVC.
Or they can buy Avira engine with the cloud component.
Just my thought;)
Thank you @safe1st for the test:)

360 will never detect chinese PUP/adware, because of course they are chinese. It seems they are also whitelisting chinese adware in Avira and Bitdefender engines!
Not only that, but who would bite the hand feeding?

From Wikipedia (Qihoo 360 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia):
Business Model[edit]
Qihoo 360 initiated its business operations by selling third-party antivirus software online. Soon afterwards they realized the potential of the freemium business model in the Chinese market and started providing their own antivirus products free of charge. In a short period of time, Qihoo 360's security products gained popularity and market share in China. Their current revenues are generated by leveraging their massive user base through online advertising and services such as online games, remote technical support, and system integration.

Thank you for the vid @safe1st great as always:) Love the Wallpaper very much, too :)
Would be interested to see the original Avira, too :) However I will stick to QTS360 for the time being regardless of those PUPs (as long as they whiteliste things like that only). Not being affected by it yet (testing unknown executables within SD only, had contact to those PUPs via some Hub downloads only :)
