Hello, Sadly the virus is back, and I am sad about it. I have hardly done anything on this computer since the fix. I do remember when I went to print my Google calendar that it opened up a weird page (not the calendar, but something that seemed like a marketing page) but I can't replicate it now. This has happened several times in the past, but I always thought I had accidentally clicked on something. Has anyone else reported this connection between getting the virus and seeing an unexpected page open when printing a Google Calendar? I don't know if that's in any way related... Anyway, would it be possible to help me fix once again? I have attached the Farbar files after doing a scan again. Or should I start all over with the 5 step process here: http://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-chrome-exe-virus/ I really do appreciate your help, and if you have any insight as to where I got this virus from so I can avoid this again, I'd be grateful. I am updating Chrome and Firefox hoping that helps too (or should I reinstall them?) Laura
