I need assistance in removing this dllhost virus/malware that seems to be resident in my sysWOW64 folder, at first it started at just dllhost, but it seems to be escalating into fixmapi and systray and various other files which are currently being blocked by MalwareBytes trial version that is stopping outbound traffic to malicious sites. Before Malware was installed I had Norton saying that it was blocking malicious IP attack, but the scans on that are clean as are the scans from Malware Bytes.
