dllhost.exe*32 pleas help

I did a little bit of research... dllhost.exe and dllhst3g.exe reside in the the \Windows\System32 folder. The easiest way to find out if it is a virus is to right click on the process and go to open file location, if it is any other folder it is pretty much a virus. So what I did what boot up computer with Ubuntu (because Windows will not let you delete these files) and ran a search for dllh, found one dllhost.exe and one dllhst3g.exe in SysWow64 folder, deleted them and problem solved.
