Hello there, I have a dllhost.exe problem with my Gateway laptop. It was infected with a massive virus that cause me to switch from Vista to Windows 7, which I have now (that was back in February). Yesterday morning (11/17/14), however, I noticed that Explorer was taking a longer time to load than normal. On a hunch, I turned on the Task Manager and noticed that the dllhost.exe process was running higher than normal. After some online research throughout the day, I discovered that there may be a duplicate process somewhere in my computer. If it is, I cannot find it under that name. A few scans with AVG (which I currently have) did not work. Today I downloaded Malwarebites - it got rid of one bug (PUP.Optional.solimba) in my Downloads folder. But the dllhost.exe. problem still remains. A few FRST logs have been attached hopefully to help the process. Hopefully, you can help me get rid of this infection without having to spend a lot of money. Thank you in advance.
